PURPOSE: To provide the subject composition obtained by compounding a polyarylene sulfide with a whisker-shaped inorganic filler at a prescribed ratio, capable of producing a part having stable electrical conductivity and high dimensional accuracy by a single procedure without using a step such as cutting and useful for precision electrical instrument, etc. CONSTITUTION: This composition contains (A) 100 pts.wt. of a polyarylene sulfide resin (e.g. a compound having the recurring unit of formula), (B) 200-30 pts.wt. of a whisker-shaped inorganic filler, (C) 150-30 pts.wt. of carbon fiber and (D) 40-0.5 pts.wt. of an electrically conductive carbon black. Preferably, the component B is zinc oxide whisker, potassium titanate whisker, calcium carbonate whisker or wollastonite, the content of carbon fiber having an aspect ratio of <=10 in the component C is >=60wt.% based on the component C and the content of the carbon fiber of >=10 aspect ratio is <=25wt.% based on the sum of the components B and C (especially preferably the component C is milled carbon fiber having fiber diameter of 18-30μm).
