PURPOSE: To prevent generation of vibration of a steering column by resonance at idle time and high speed traveling time of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A stopper bracket 11 fixed to a jacket tube 1 is interposed between the jacket tube 1 of a steering column and upper clamps 3, and vertical wall parts 15 contacting with side walls of the upper clamps 3 are formed on the stopper bracket 11, and hook parts 14 extending to the outside of rear parts of the upper clamps 3 are formed. |
