PURPOSE: To provide an embedded air conditioner which, even in the case where the control box is structurally enlarged with diversification in control items, the electric box can easily be set in place without the need for enlarging the heat-exchange apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger 2 for the heat exchange with room air is housed inside a heat-exchange apparatus 1 set in a room in an embedded manner. Connection ports for refrigerant pipes 4 for conveying refrigerant to the heat exchanger 2 are provided on one lateral side in the rear of the heat- exchange apparatus 1. An electric box 15 is set in the front as seen in relation to the connection ports of the refrigerant pipes 4 in the heat-exchange apparatus 1. |
