摘要 FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technical means for down-the-hole drilling, namely to gear for running of distorted section of hole and drilling of new shaft. Gear for distortion of holes includes rock breaking tool with checker, face motor with housing and shaft, upper and lower units of deflecting elements mounted correspondingly above and below face motor. Deflecting elements are made extendable in radial direction in diametrical opposition to each other. Unit of upper deflecting element has housing rigidly coupled to housing of face motor, extending pistons with return springs and sealing rings rigidly coupled to upper deflecting element with the help of rods. Inner space of tubular housing has limiting bushing with radial holes. Unit of lower deflecting element incorporates housing and shaft rigidly coupled correspondingly to housing and shaft of face motor, ring piston composed of upper and lower parts located between housing and shaft, space above upper part of piston hydraulically communicates with flow duct of shaft through hole. Side surface of piston has circular grooves interacting with spherical heads of spring-loaded pushers rigidly coupled to deflecting element. Gear for distortion of holes is transferred from transportation into working position by switching on of drilling pump after orientation of gear in specified heading. With supply of flushing fluid upper deflecting element extends thanks to direct action of summary pressure difference in face motor and checker of drill bit on piston. Extension and registration of lower deflecting element takes place as result of interaction of circular grooves in side surface of lower part of ring piston moving downwards under pressure of flushing fluid equal to pressure difference in checker with heads of pushers. When drilling pump is switched off after drilling of necessary interval gear is again transferred into transportation position by return springs of upper and lower unit of deflecting elements. EFFECT: increased strength of parts and reliability of operation of unit controlling lower extending element of gear.
