FIELD: radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: conductors in substrate are designed as key pattern which cross- section is shaped as trapezium. Conductors are made from material which specific resistance is ρ = (0,012-0.5)•10Ohm/m. Conductor surface is additionally covered by protective layer of heat-insulation material. Variations in material and thickness of substrate and protective layer as well as in cross-section of conductors and area of their contact to dielectric provide possibility to control heat flow.
