SUBSTANCE: the offered method of sighting consists in determination and setting of initial dimensions of the field of vision, alignment of its optical axis with the sighting object and keeping of it in such a position for a preset period of time. The offered method differs from the known one by the fact that after alignment of the optical axis of the field of vision with the sighting object the field of vision is decreased to dimension B = B+6σ, where B is the dimension of the field of vision (for example, angle of the field of vision), Bis the dimension of the sighting object (for example, width in angular units), σis root-mean- square value of sighting error (for example, in angular units); and on expiration of time t-t, where tis the preset sighting time, tis the "eye -sighting device" system sluggishness, the field of vision is restored in the initial dimensions. EFFECT: essentially enhanced interference immunity, screening of light and dust-smoke interference, and enhanced definition of image; as a result, enhanced hit rate in the conditions of interference by 10 to 15%. |
