FIELD: railway transport. SUBSTANCE: purpose of invention is provision of compatibility of operating member with two pressure steps and air distributor with three pressure steps and provision of second operating duty at which member with two pressure steps does not operate, and air distributor with three pressure steps meets requirements of International Railway Association.
