FIELD: mechanical engineering; drive stations for grain transportation scraper conveyors. SUBSTANCE: drive station of scraper conveyor has stationary frame, electric motor and spur reduction gear with output shaft coupled by means of V-belt drive, and driving sprocket for traction member located in case. Output shaft of spur reduction gear serving simultaneously as station drive shaft is made with different-length ends and is installed on two supports in case. One of supports is secured on stationary frame, and the other is made in the form of cantilever axle secured on one wall of case. Longer end of output shaft has socket for cantilever axle bearing and flange for fastening drive sprocket. Secured on base of spur reduction gear is hanging frame with double-acting damping device which serves simultaneously as second support of spur reduction gear, and contact plug of motor emergency cutoff switch. Electric motor and limit switch are secured on stationary frame. EFFECT: simplified design of drive station, reduced metal usage and dynamic loads in traction member. 1 dwg |
