Voltage supplied by power supply 1 is transmitted through cable line 2 to trunk wire 3 which is insulated against water. Voltage is further distributed to naked parts of electrode 7. Enemy which swims towards barrier 7 touches metal stripes which have razor blades on both sides. They damage surface of protective waterproof suite and destroy dielectric protection provided by waterproof suite. This results in affecting of enemy.
