FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has bottom holder and top holder. Each holder has the top disk and bottom disk. Gear sectors are interposed between the disk using pivots. The teeth of the sectors engage rotor gears mounted in rolling bearings. The inner sides of the housings are provided with flats to which double-arm levers with slide blocks are secured. Hydraulic cylinders are built in the bottom disk. The rods of the hydraulic cylinders abut against the bottom of a brake. The brake consists of friction disks, springs, and ties. The friction disk are provided with a slit bore from the outside and engage the fixed bushing. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. |
