摘要 FIELD: mining industry, chemical engineering, chemico-pharmaceutical and food-processing industries. SUBSTANCE: proposed device consists of magnetic system and rotor. Rotor is formed by coaxial cylinders made of magnetically soft steel shaping several working channels and is separated into sectors by radial nonmagnetic partitions. On surfaces of cylinders forming working channels there are circular teeth of trapezoidal shape in axial section of rotor. Teeth points of neighboring cylinders face each other. Magnetic system includes magnetization system of armored type embracing the rotor in separation zone in sector 200-280 deg. and demagnetization system embracing the rotor in washout zone in sector 40-90 deg. Area of rotor free motion is between zones of separation and washout. Innovation concerns devices for separating finely divided magnetic particles from liquid. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and productiveness.
