FIELD: manufacture of boilers. SUBSTANCE: traditional blowing of boiler water outside the loop may be replaced by blowing inside loop due to combining it with injection of boiler water instead of deeply demineralized feed water. Reduction of concentration of admixtures (electric conductivity) of boiler water is effected due to bringing magnitudes of electric conductivity of feed water and saturated steam closer and due to considerable increase of blowing through realization of excessive injection for keeping the temperature of superheated steam at required level. At all qualitative versions of inside-loop blowing, electric conductivity of superheated steam (as in straight- through boilers) does not exceed electric conductivity of feed water. EFFECT: extended range of drum boilers working on deeply demineralized feed water. |
