The control valve of two flows is installed inside a body provided with a cylindrical chamber (13) in which a blocking off system is placed. It is characterised in that the system is a pressure drop system (3-5) with two flow paths.This system consists of a main sliding valve (3) sealing on the main seat (25). This main valve has at its bottom (32), an opening (31) which forms a second seating which cooperates with a pilot valve (5) for low flows and a spring which holds the main valve closed so that the pilot valve can open first when the valve is being opened.
