PURPOSE: To provide a transmitter in which illegal use by a 3rd party using a learning remote controller is prevented by realizing two-way communication between the transmitter and the receiver. CONSTITUTION: The transmitter 100 sends a code 1 to a transmission reception circuit 202 and sends a code 3 to a transmission reception circuit 202 only when a code 2 sent from the transmission reception circuit 202 is received, and the transmitter 100 is provided with a circuit 101 outputting the code 1 to the transmission reception circuit 202, a CPU collating the code 2 sent from the transmission reception circuit 202 with the code stored in advance in the transmitter 100 and the circuit 101 outputting the code 3 to the transmission reception circuit 202 when the code 2 is coincident. |
