PURPOSE: To make the servo device for multi-axis control compact and low in cost. CONSTITUTION: The total load line drawing of N servo drivers 3a, 3b, 3c, and 3d of respective operation sequences of N servo motors 3a, 3b, 3c, and 3d is found, a heat radiator 5 which has heat radiation capacity corresponding to heating value based upon the load line drawing, and N servo drivers 3a, 3b, 3c, and 3d are fitted to the heat radiator 5. The heat radiator 5 is fitted with the N servo drivers 3a, 3b, 3c, and 3d. Further, a smoothing driver is prepared which has smoothing capability corresponding to the flow rate based upon the load diagram of the sum, and a motor driving current is supplied from the smoothing capacitor 2 to the N servo drivers 3a, 3b, 3c, and 3d. Thus, the heat radiator having heat radiation capacity matching a load at the time of actual synchronous operation is shared to reduce the size and cost. Further, the smoothing capacitor having the smoothing capacity matched with the load at the time of actual simultaneous operation is shared, so the size is reducible and the cost is lowered. |
