When a floor set time (t) is elapsed or the bath remote control temperature regulation priority button of a bath remote controller is turned ON, or when the operation switch of a floor controller is turned OFF, the valve is closed, scattering is stopped, the control from the remote controller is preferentially operated, and the set temperature of the heater is altered to the hot water output set temperature Ts at the time of normal operation.
