PURPOSE: To eliminate the disturbance of the matching of a circuit due to equivalent capacitance at the time of diode OFF, to realize a high performance switching operation and to effectively suppress third higher harmonic. CONSTITUTION: A capacitor C6 for the matching approximately similar to the capacitance at the time of the OFF of a diode D2 is connected to a position symmetrical to the diode D2 parallelly connected to a phase line 20 across the phase line. Then, the length of the phase line and characteristic impedance are set so as to let the capacitance at the time of the OFF of the diode D2, the capacitor C6 for the matching and the entire phase line 20 be approximately equivalent to aλ/4 phase line. Thus, the disturbance of the matching by the capacitance at the time of the OFF of the diode is reduced and an improved switching operation is made possible. Also, by providing an open stub acting as serial resonance instead of the capacitor for the matching, the third higher harmonic is reduced.
