摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To provide a method to remove ink from a printed paper developed and fixed with an electrostatic charge image developing negative polarity toner and to regenerate the paper while the original shape is maintained without cutting or dissociation of the paper. CONSTITUTION: A paper developed and fixed with an electrostatic charge image developing negative polarity toner (C) comprising a binder resin (A) and a coloring agent (B) is dipped in an org. solvent (E) soln. of a volatile base basic compd. (D1) to remove the ink and dried to remove and regenerate the printing paper. Or, the paper developed and fixed with an electrostatic charge image developing negative polarity toner (C) essentially comprising a binder resin (A) and a coloring agent (B) is dipped in an org. solvent (E) soln. of a basic compd. (D) to remove ink, the paper is washed with water and dried to regenerate the paper. By this method, removing of ink and regenerating of the paper can be performed easily in a short time, and the regenerated paper shows no deterioration in strength, shape or surface smoothness so that it can be repeatedly used.</p>
