<p>PURPOSE: To find the abnormality of a plant in its early stage and prevent a trouble from being occurred by specifying the equipment which becomes abnormal according to whether the balance state between equipments is normal or abnormal. CONSTITUTION: An input means 1 inputs process quantities between equipments having a plant correlation consisting of a system A wherein a closed control loop is formed by negatively feeding back the process quantity of the equipment on the most downstream side to the process quantity of the equipment on the most upstream side and, a system B wherein a closed control loop is formed similarly. A deviation calculating means 2 compares the two process quantities between the respective equipments based on a predetermined approximation expression to calculate the deviations from a standard values. A state decision means 3 compares the calculated deviations with a predetermined permissible deviation value to judge whether or not the balance state between the equipments is normal or abnormal. An abnormality occurrence equipment diagnosing means 8 specifies the equipment of the system A or B where the abnormality occurs based on the judgment result and an output means 4 output the diagnostic result to an output device 7.</p> |
