The method involves the utilization of prefabricated concrete panels (1,3) to form walls (22,23). Concrete supporting posts (4,6) and corner or end stiffening posts (7) are fixed on longitudinal girders. Each post has along its faces two vertical grooves in which series of panels are engaged. The posts form external or internal starting corners for the partition wall and both sides of the pillar (4) located in this corner.The panels represent more than half the height of the desired ceiling and are piled one on top of the other to attain this height, constituting a double wall separated by an internal space (9). The grooves of a rectangular section intermediate post (6) are placed against the free sides of the panels opposite those engaged in the grooves of the corner stiffening posts (7). A tie rod (2) connecting the posts is placed in the internal wall space and is immobilised against the panels by clamping.
