PURPOSE: To provide a terminal unit which cannot be removed from a connector receiving seat as long as a covering installing frame is not removed from a terminal unit main body. CONSTITUTION: A fitting groove 4 is arranged on the peripheral side of a terminal unit main body 1 whose base end side is screw-fitted to a connector receiving seat 2 protrusively arranged on an apparatus B for a coaxial cable, and a segmental circular ring-shaped locking ring 5 to which elasticity is applied in the radial direction is engaged with the fitting groove 4 so that a diameter can be contracted. A covering installing frame 8 to inscribe the outer peripheral edge 6 gradually formed in a tapering shape in the tip direction of this locking ring 5 is formed almost in the same length with the main body 1, and is rotatably installed on the main body 1. A receiving groove 9 with which the rear end side of the locking ring 5 partically engages is arranged on an inner peripheral surface of the covering installing frame 8. A sandwiching clearance 10 of a cylindrical removing jig 11 to be inserted into the covering installing frame 8 from its tip side is arranged between the tip of the locking ring 5 projecting from the receiving groove 9 and the covering installing frame 8.
