<p>PURPOSE: To provide the data analyzing device which utilizes causality data extracted from the causality between one couple of channels to extract the causal relationship between another couple of channels when the causality between measurement data (plural channels) from plural signal sources such as sensors mounted on respective parts of a product is generated. CONSTITUTION: The data analyzing device 10 is equipped with a measuring part 22 which obtains the measurement data from the signal sources such as the sensors mounted on the respective parts of the product, an inter-channel causality generation part 24, a data generation part 26 for analysis and decision making, a measurement data storage part 30a, an inter-channel causality storage part 30b, and a data storage part 28 for analysis and decision making. Then the data for analysis and decision making can be referred to by the inter-channel causality storage part 30b and/or data storage part 28 for analysis and decision when data are extracted from other inter-channel causality.</p> |
