PURPOSE: To clearly show the start of reception of a precise image by switching compulsively a state where the images other than the precise one are shown on a display screen to a state where the precise image is shown after this image is received from the opposite party. CONSTITUTION: A CPU 371 of a CPU part 37 decides whether the screen is equal to a multi-screen or not. When the images other than a received precise image are shown on the screen, the screen is switched to the precise image that is received from the opposite party. Then a precise image flag is set at 1 and a character string is displayed to show that the precise image is received from the opposite party. Thus the due processing ends. In regard of display of the character string, the desired character data to be displayed are read out of a character ROM contained in an OSDC 343 by an instruction given from the CPU 371. Then the character data are sent to an analog LSI 331 via a display control circuit 344 as the image data together with the coordinate data, the color data, etc. The LSI 331 converts the digital signals into the analog ones and displays them as the image output through a video circuit 32. |
