PURPOSE: To provide an air conditioner in which the number of components and the man-hours are reduced by holding the gap of right and left wind direction plates. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioner has a suction port 6 at the upper part of a housing 1, an air outlet 7 at the lower part, a heat exchanger 4 and a supply fan 5 arranged in an air passage for connecting the suction port to the outlet, a plurality of right and left wind direction plates 9 having a rotary shaft 9a formed with a plurality of long holes 9b and diffused in the outlet, and wires 10 inserted into the long holes to become the protective barrier of the fan, and comprises at least one wind direction plate coupling wire 11 and a plurality of C rings for holding the gap of the right and left wind direction plates adjacent to the wires constant. |
