The pumping installation consists of a chamber (6), a suction and discharge unit (7) of the pumped products, lodged in the inside of the chamber and able to feed the products towards a reservoir or to evacuate them from it. An air cooling and noise damping unit is provided for the pump and it is characterised that the supernatant volume (VE) of the chamber which is not occupied by the pumping and sucking unit (7), is fed by cooling air from the noise damper (9) which is directly in communication with the pumping/suction unit (7) and with the outside of the chamber (6).
