The security system comprises a floating pivot (14) between the transmission lever (12) and arm which allows a relative radial movement between them. The pivot is situated between two springs (25:1,25:2) which define a threshold value for the relative movement. A control mechanism (30) which is sensitive to the radial movement of the pivot releases a locking mechanism (31) when the threshold value is reached, allowing the door to open and close freely. The springs are equipped with regulators which allow them to be set for specific threshold values.
