The support for a gas bottle is formed as a wedge with a circular cut-out (1) of the same diameter as the gas bottle (30 + or -0.5cm). It has lateral reinforcements and a base (3).The base can have a weight sufficient to absorb road shocks when mounted on a vehicle. The surface in contact with the ground can have an anti-slip layer.
