PURPOSE: To attain to have the fast media accesses in an SS communication system by improving the data access efficiency and adopting a fast data rate. CONSTITUTION: In regard of the frame constitution of a transmitting signal, a transmitting destination identifying part is not arranged at a data part unlike the conventional case. Instead, a code synchronizing part, the transmitting destination identifying part and the data are arrayed in sequence. A transmitting device T transmits a transmitting signal of such frame constitution after the DPSK modulation 12 and the SS modulation. A receiving device R inputs a receiving signal to a correlation device 20 and secure the correlation with a reference signal. This correlation output undergoes the DPSK detection through a demodulating part 21 so that the data are acquired. In such a way, the transmitting destination can be identified concurrently with acquisition of synchronization due to the preceding frame constitution. Thus the fast accesses of media are attained. |
