PURPOSE: To make possible the handling of complicated data and the information transmission as character information by transmitting each channel by CALRA code, setting an exclusive data reading card on a reception side and receiving the channels. CONSTITUTION: As for each channel from a communication satellite 1, broadcasting radio waves are emitted to each receiver by using CARLA codes. On a reception side, the data reading card 6 exclusive for the channels is set to a data receiver 5. This card 6 is provided with a security function for forgery prevention as a program reception and a reception record, can store data and can easily be incinerated and disposed of since the card is made of paper. The data receiver 5 is provided with the protection function by time for performing the video recording of data broadcasting and preventing a remake, a diversion and a resale. As a result, when the time data from the image of a television receiver 4 and the time data of the receiver 5 are not matched, the operations are made disable, and the extensive storing functions of CALRA codes can be limited by time by incorporating a timer function by the receiver 5. |
