PURPOSE: To provide a miniaturized, thin and inexpensive concentrated constant type circulator. CONSTITUTION: This concentrated constant type circulator is composed of center conductor constitution parts 1a and 31a for which the plural sheets 2a-2c of thin plates composed of a ferritic magnetic material for which film-like internal electrodes for forming a center conductor are formed on surfaces are laminated and fired and an external electrode 9a formed on the side face of the center conductor constitution parts 1a and 31a. The film-like internal electrode of at least one thin plate is connected to the film-like internal electrode of the other thin plate through the through-hole connector of a through-hole 5a formed on the other thin plate and the center conductor is formed.
