PURPOSE: To reduce the switching loss of the switch of an inverter device. CONSTITUTION: The switch circuit 5a of an inverter device is composed of first and second main switches TR1 and TR2, first to fourth auxiliary switches S1 -S4 , first and second reactors L1 and L2 , first and second capacitors C1 and C2, and first to sixth diodes D1 -D6 . The first and second main switches TR1 and TR2 are made to perform ZVS operation. At the time of fuming on of the first and second auxiliary switches S1 and S2 , they are made to perform ZCS operation, and at the time of turning off, they are made to perform ZVS operation. |
