PURPOSE: To reduce the weight and to facilitate the service inspection by dividing a fan case for containing a blower into a plurality of cases, and clamping together the divided cases and a partition plate. CONSTITUTION: A blower contained in the body of a ceiling embedded type air conditioner has a fan case 18 for containing a motor and a pair of fans, where the case 18 is formed by upper and lower cases 50a, 50b, and after the case 50a is mounted at a partition plate 32, the case 50b is mounted at the case 50a. In this case, both the cases 50a, 50b are assembled by the operation of a rib 67, and flanges 63, 65 are clamped by a screw to form the case 18. The flange piece 62 of the case 50a, the flange piece 64 of the case 50 and a fixing leg 55 provided at the inner wall of the plate 32 are brought into coincidence, and these three are clamped together with a screw, thereby fixing the case 18. |
