PURPOSE: To provide the optical scanner which is reduced in size and weight while increased in photodetection sensitivity by making a scanning beam plural and multidirectional. CONSTITUTION: The optical scanner irradiates the laser light from a laser light emitting element 7 through a hollow slit A provided in the center, and consists of a channel-shaped condenser lens 3 which converges its reflected on one horizontal line (linearly), a reflecting mirror 5 which have plural mirror surfaces formed in a channel shape so as to guide the converged reflected light to a polygon mirror 6, a semicylindrical curved surface mirror 4 which converges the linear reflected light reflected by the polygon mirror 6 rotated by a motor 9 on one point, and a photodetecting element 2 which photodetects and photoelectrically converts the reflected light converted on one point. |
