<p>PURPOSE: To surely detect the position of the inspecting basket of a working car even when the color difference between the basket and its background is not distinct so as to surely manage the safety of the basket. CONSTITUTION: In a safety management device for inspecting basket of working car which takes the picture of the inspecting basket 2 of a working car 1, discriminates whether or not the basket 2 enters a danger area from the taken picture, and issues an alarm when the basket 2 enters the danger area, a signal lamp 3 is mounted on the basket 2 so that the device can calculate the position of the basket 2 based on the bright picture of the lamp 3.</p> |
