<p>PURPOSE: To prevent occurrence of black spots on a drum without any trouble, such as poor cleaning and stains on a charger by mixing a reversely chargeable toner with a normally chargeable toner to be used for development in a prescribed ratio. CONSTITUTION: The toner particles are obtained by forming a dispersed phase comprising a dispersion liquid formed by dispersing a charge controller into an organic solvent and a polymerizable monomer, and dispersing the dispersed phase into a continuous phase using an aqueous medium or an organic medium by using a stirring means to conduct a polymeruzation reaction. The continuous phase contained in the continuous phase tank 1 and the dispersed phase contained in the dispersed phase tank 2 having a condenser 6 are introduced into a granulator 5 each through each continuous feed pump 4, and the size of liquid drops are controlled here into a certain range and discharged, and introduced into a polymerization tank 3 having a condenser 6, and the polymerization reaction is completed by adding a necessary amount of heat from a heating jacket 7 installed on the circumference of this tank 3.</p> |
