摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To improve a recognition degree by a simple means by placing a transparent soft plate of a prescribed thickness on a display screen, connecting an ink conduit hole penetrating the hard pen tip body with an ink cylindrical tube, mounting a ball at the tip part of the ink guide hole and providing an input pen composed by filling transparent ink liquid in the ink cylindrical tube. CONSTITUTION: A transparent soft plate 2 is placed on a display screen 5 and an input column for character input is displayed on the prescribed portion of the display screen 5. With an input pen 3, a desired character is entered in the input column from the top side of the transparent soft plate 2. The input pen 3 obtains a smooth tool force feeling by the ink liquid flowing from the tip part with the rolling of a ball. In a tablet part, the movement of the input pen 3 is sensed by a coordinate line and the sensing signal is transmitted to the prescribed arithmetic processing part of a CPU. A handwritten character recognition processing is performed for the signal and the signal is displayed on a liquid crystal display part. Thus, because the proper tool force feeling is imparted to the input pen 3 and the slip of the input pen 3 is prevented, the recognition degree is remarkably improved.</p>
