PURPOSE: To provide a communication device of spread spectrum system which can improve the quality of transmission and also can easily reproduce the information data. CONSTITUTION: A transmitting side 1 is provided with a diffusion code generator means 11 which generates the diffusion codes to be assigned to each channel, and the modulator means 19-1 to 19-n which modulate the information data by the diffusion codes. A receiving side 3 is provided with a back-diffusion code generator means 33 which generates the same diffusion codes as those used in a transmission mode, and the correlation means 35-1 to 35-n which secure the correlation between the received data and the diffusion codes. In such a constitution of a communication device of spread spectrum system, the means 19-1 to 19-n use no assigned diffusion codes and output these codes as only the modulation output against '1' when these means perform the modulation to '0' of the information data. The means 35-1 to 35-n secure the correlation by means of the assigned diffusion codes 18-1 to 18-n to reproduce '1' when the peak value is outputted and to reproduce '0' when no peak value is outputted. The receiving side 3 checks whether the peak value emerges regardless of its polarity and then can reproduce '1' or '0'. |
