<p>PURPOSE: To efficiently perform the print processing in accordance with registered or changed print set information by eliminating a need of reset processing of print set information which is conventionally required at each time of application switching. CONSTITUTION: When a printer driver is started based on the print request indication from each application to a printer, print set information registered in a storage means is called in accordance with the application name to display a print set picture on a display device 14 if it is discriminated by a central processing unit 11 that the application name is registered; but a print set picture based on generated default print set information is displayed on the display device 14 if it is discriminated by the central processing unit 11 that the application name is not registered.</p> |
