The seat is ring-shaped and rotates on roller guides (10) when actuated by an electromechanical drive and friction roller. The WC cistern contains the washing, drying and disinfecting appts., comprising a water feed and electric valve (35), a dispenser (31) for a disinfectant prod. contained in a bottle (4), and a wiper which goes over the top of the seat. The wiper is made from a material which is resistant to faeces and other substances, e.g. of natural rubber and synthetic polyisoprene loaded with carbon black and calcium carbonate, with zinc oxide and stearic acid activators and a vulcanising agent.
