PURPOSE: To realize bidirectional transmission/reception by sending a detection signal, which is sent to an input processing part, to a comparison operation processing part and detecting the abnormal state to send a dial signal through a bidirectional communication switching part. CONSTITUTION: When an abnormality signal or an input signal is sent to input parts 112 and 113, these parts send it as a binarized signal. A comparison operation processing part 12 is provided with a central processing part(CPU) 121 which reads in the input signal to perform the operation processing, a comparison part 122 which compares this input signal with a reference value, and a memory 123 where reference values of respective input signals are stored. For example, when a blood pressure sensor sends a signal of the blood pressure value, the pulse, or the like for normalcy, a bidirectional communication switching part 13 returns its continuous value to the inquiry side as a signal indicating its momentary value in response to an inquiry signal received from the outside through a telephone set 14. If the sensor 2 detects the abnormality, the abnormality signal is sent to a dialer 132, and the call number of a pocket bell is generated by this signal and is sent through the telephone set 14. |
