摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To reduce the necessary number of photoelectric conversion parts by providing an optical signal shaping part, an photoelectric conversion part, an AND circuit and an information part. CONSTITUTION: Partial discharge light 4 is converted into an optical pulse signal pair mutually shifted by a timeτand this optical pulse signal pair is converted into an electric pulse signal pair by a photoelectric conversion part 64 to be outputted. The output signal of the conversion part 64 is delayed by the timeτand the delay signal is compared with the other one output signal of the conversion part 64 and only the electric pulse signal present at the same time is caught to inform gas insulated machinery of the generation of partial discharge. Therefore, if the discharge light 4 is generated in a container, it can be necessarily detected. When the conversion part 64 itself outputs an electric noise pulse, electric pulse signals mutually shifted by the timeτare compared and, therefore, the generation of partial discharge is in no way informed. Since this method only converts the optical pulse signal pair into a photoelectric signal pair, only one conversion part bad in yield at the time of production may be used and the shortening of production and cost reduction can be achieved.</p>
