PURPOSE: To provide an automatic chemical analyser capable of accurately monitoring the residual amt. of a reagent in real time while reducing the load on an operator. CONSTITUTION: A liquid reagent is dispensed to a reaction container from a liquid container in which the liquid reagent is housed through a reagent dispensing tube 7. The residual amt. of the liquid reagent is monitored on the basis of the change of electrostatic capacity corresponding to the liquid level of the liquid reagent detected by the sensor part SEa inserted in the container. The sensor part SEa is equipped with a pair of electrodes (8a1, 8a2) with required length for detecting electrostatic capacity and the electrode support 9a supporting a pair of the electrode (8a1, 8a2) within the liquid container in a depth direction and formed into a liquidtight structure. |
