PURPOSE: To accurately predict the cooling and heating demand of next one day even when the air temperature of a predicted day is largely different from mean air temperature or a demand generating pattern is different according to the air temperature by storing the cooling or heating demand result value of a building relatively to the time and the outdoor air temperature at each day of the week. CONSTITUTION: The demand result and the degree of each day of the week are stored in a demand result table 1 according to the degree of the outdoor air temperature at that time with respect to the cooling or heating demand result value of a building, and further the outdoor air temperature at that time point is always stored in an outdoor air temperature result table 2. The predicted day of the cooling or heating demand, i.e., the day of the week of next day is input from an input/output terminal 9, and the predicted outdoor air temperatures of a plurality of predetermined times of next one day are input. Then, when the prediction start is designated, the index of the day of the week of a prediction table 6 is updated, and the predicted outdoor air temperature is stored in a predicted outdoor air temperature table 7. Then, with the predicted outdoor air temperature as the index, the content of the table 6 in which the calculated result of data accumulating means 5 is stored is read by an output buffer 8, and displayed on the terminal 9. |
