PURPOSE: To provide a jointed body of high adhesion without any damage to a polymeric electrolytic film by impregnating a joint with a solution capable of dissolving the film away from the gas diffusion layer of an electrode at the time of jointing the film to the layer in a fuel cell. CONSTITUTION: In jointing a polymeric electrolytic film 1 to a gas diffusion electrode 2, the joint thereof is impregnated with an alcohol solution capable dissolving the film 1 away from the gas diffusion layer 3 of the electrode 2. As a result, the surface layer of the film of a contact plane (solvent layer 4) between the film 1 and the electrode 2 is dissolved and, then, the solvent 4 is removed. In this case, an ethanol solution is preferably used as the alcohol solution. |
