摘要 PURPOSE: To make it possible to control position, speed, and torque with accuracy, by superimposing an AC current into an output voltage command value at an inverter, and estimating the amount of magnetic flux from an AC voltage and leakage inductance in windings of a motor. CONSTITUTION: A given amount of magnetic flux (ϕ) is generated in a motor 2 according to a voltage and a current of the motor 2. A core part, where the magnetic flux (ϕ) passes, is saturated with magnetism. Considering a tooth for storing a primary winding similarly, part of the tooth in the same direction of magnetic flux is saturated with magnetism. At the same time, leakage inductance changes under an influence of magnetic saturation at the tooth part. An AC voltage other than a fundamental wave factor is superimposed in a motor voltage. Then, the inductance of the winding is measured from a relation of a current passed through and the AC voltage, while the magnetic flux (ϕ) is calculated from a change in inductance. The output voltage and current of an inverter 1 are controlled according to the estimated magnetic flux (ϕ), and non-interference control between the torque and magnetic flux (ϕ) is carried out in the motor 2.
