PROCESS FOR PRODUCING COLORLESS PULLULAN BY CONTINUOUS CULTIVATION OF MICROORGANISM

摘要

The of colorless pullulan is produced by continuous cultivation of Aureobasidium pullullans with a dilution rate of culture broth 0.04-0.09/hr, at 25-30 deg. C and pH 4-6. The N2 content of culture broth is 0.02-0.09 w/v%. The N2 of culture broth can depress the pigment formation of Aureobasidium pullullans in culturing.
