PURPOSE: To provide a protective apparatus with high stability of protective operation against abnormal heating operation for a heating cooking appliance. CONSTITUTION: A protective apparatus for heating cooking appliance is provided with a protective circuit 5 to which an abnormal operation detected signal of a main circuit part A is sent, an abnormal signal latch circuit 20 to which the output signal of the circuit 5 is sent, a microcomputer 8 to which the latch content is sent and which sends out a control signal to control the driving of the main circuit part A, and an abnormal signal latch reset circuit 21 to which the control signal from the microcomputer 8 is sent. The abnormal signal latch circuit 20 is periodically reset based on the reset signals which the abnormal signal latch reset circuit 21 sends periodically. |
