PURPOSE: To omit the manufacture of a process document film, sharply shorten the time required for makeup, and sharply reduce the makeup cost by directly printing characters on a process material made of a ultraviolet photosensitive resin. CONSTITUTION: Characters are directly printed on a process material 1. An ink ribbon 3 and a printing head 4 are pressed to the process material 1 for printing. After the process material 1 undergoes the printing process, ultraviolet rays are radiated to it by a proper ultraviolet radiating means in the sensitizing process. The portion (a) except for printed faces 5 is radiated with the ultraviolet rays, and it is sensitized and hardened. The process material 1 is shifted to the printed face removing process, and the printed faces 5 are physically removed by a brush or the like. A nonsensitization section (b) is removed in the removing process of the nonsensitization section (b). When the process material 1 is water-soluble, it is washed with water. When the process material 1 is solvent-soluble, it may be solved with a solvent. The sensitization section (a) is hardened and left, the nonsensitization section (b) is solved with water, irregularities are formed on the process material 1, and an intaglio plate is manufactured. |
