PURPOSE: To discriminate quickly a state (of the mobile speed or the like) at that time by comparing a mobile speed detected by a detection means with a prescribed threshold level so as to inform abnormarity of the detected mobile speed in the case of transmission or reception or even during a speech. CONSTITUTION: Numeral data (Vth) 4b with a prescribed margin that denote a speed at which a speech is made disable are read from a ROM 4 and stored in a numeral data storage area 3d in a RAM 3. Then a mobile speed (Vm) of the user is calculated based on longitude and latitude information obtained by using a GPS receiver 6. In the case of making a phone call or receiving a phone call, the mobile speed of he user is stored in a speed data storage area 3c in the RA 3. In the case that the mobile speed Vm is equal to or higher than the numeral data Vth, a warning tone is outputted by using, e.g. a speaker of a receiver 5c in order to inform the abnormarity (excess) of the speed to the user. |
