PURPOSE: To efficiently utilize information without narrowing a visual field to new information by providing a selection feature holding means, a document selection means, an additional document selection means, a document evaluation means and a selection feature correction means. CONSTITUTION: The selection feature holding part 103 holds a selection feature expressing the feature of a document in which a user is interested, and the document selection means 104 selects a document having feature coincident with the selection feature. In addition, the additional document selection part 107 selects a part of the document which is not selected by the selection part 104, and the document evaluation part 112 evaluates whether the document selected by the selection part 107 is needed by the user or not. Then, the selection feature correction part 113 corrects the selection feature held by the holding part 103 based on the feature of the document the evaluation part 112 evaluates to be necessary. Furthermore, a document display part 111 displays the documents selected by the selection part 104 and the document selected by the selection part 107 together. |
